Dr. Mark Hagee completed his undergraduate training at Xavier University and received his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University in 1981. In addition he completed a residency in Family Practice Optometry at the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 1982 and taught at the university after completing his residency. He returned to his hometown of Cincinnati in 1983 and has been in private practice with Dr. Thomas Ritter since that time. He is a member of the American, Ohio, and Cincinnati Optometric Associations. He has served on the board of the Cincinnati Optometric Association and has served as a keyman for the Ohio Optometric Association.
Dr Hagee is a peditric vision consultant with the Ohio Department of Health pediatric vision clinics. He has also served as an optometric consultant at the Cincinnati Eye Institute and is a volunteer at the Cincinnati Eye Institute Foundation.
He is a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church where he sings in the adult choir. He enjoys playing his trumpet, jogging, bicycling and following local high school and college sports - especially Xavier basketball and Ohio State football.
He resides in Maineville with his wife, Debbie, and their three children Philip, Danny, and Natalie.
